  • Whether it'd a Dyna or a FXR, the engine is the same. 1340cc or 80in. My boyfriend had the same with his FXRP (P for Police). 1984 was a transition with the Evolution engine. Some parts are '83 and some are '84. The term 'Low Rider' however, is how the shocks are positioned on the rear of the bike. I have a 1988 FXR Low Rider and the shocks are at the widest mounting angle on the frame.
