Turning off the heat inside.. Turning up the heat outside spring - heading for summer.
Not yet. I will wait to the last moment.
Yes, for about 15 minutes yesterday.
not yet but the A/C is off! I loove the weather now, not too hot and not too cold. (well i'm near Atlanta)
It was really cool and damp today, so I turned on the heat pump just a bit.
no. i closed the windows.
Nope
Nope. I still have the A/C on.
Got the heat on low.
No, it is still warm where I'm at right now. +5
No, I love the cold weather give that to me anyday over a hot day.
No, not yet. Probably not until December.
Yes for about 2 1/2 months now. It is currently 19 degrees outside and snowing here. Burrrrrr! Need the good ol' heater! +5
Yes, it is getting cool in Illinois already. It has been nice the last week, though.
+5
I hear it running but I got my vents shut.
Somebody turned it on, but I promptly turned it off again! Its still fairly warm during the day, and not cold enough for heating at night.
Not yet. Our air conditioner has still been running. I just now had the patio door open and was letting the cool breeze come in and cool the house down. I like it a bit chilly.
no, we just turned everything off. at night we leave the windows open...
It has been on for the past several weeks.
Yes and i said I wasn't going to run it until Dec but it goes from really hot to super cold so turned it on.
No way, I live in S. Florida, I don't even know if the heater works, I have never used it!
Not yet. It was 79 degrees F. today, but lower than last week, which was 86. So it's inching down.
I have a heat pump that is programmed to a certain temperature; if it goes below that temperature it goes on automatically.
No way. At night The temp is onl y in the low 60's.
Definitely.
Darcy Dachshund barked me into doing that.

My dad turns on the heat on September 1st. It generally sucks, but it's not so bad today because I spent about an hour and a half of today walking around in Ida's piss water, and heat is always better when you're cold and wet.
yes..toasty warm
We only have wood heat and we've been having a fire most every day for the last 2-3 weeks. Sometimes the wood stove will be idle for 2 days but often we'll just make a small fire for the evening and night time to heat the house up if the morning will be really cold.
Yes,
It's almost winter !
Booooooo
I did back in September already. We have had snow fall, but not enough to stay on the ground.
Yes, a few weeks ago.
i just did!
I don't have any control over when the heat gets turned on. Only the condo assocation decides. well, I think its about time given that it was 63 degrees F in condo last night! I had to go to bed to crawl under the blankets to get warm.
I wish I had the opportunity to. It's still hot here.
TODAY!! Would have a few days yesterday but it wouldn't go on. The service guy just left a few minutes ago.
No. I usually wait till it gets real cold where I can not stand it anymore since my A/C was on 24/7 in the summer, I need a little break from my electric bill. lol
yeah. The last two days I've been shiverin like a chiwauwa with Parkinsons.
No, it's humid and rainy. I had to use the a/c for short periods so I wouldn't be swimming in the house. +5
Not yet, even though it's been in the 30's overnight.
Today is the first.
+
Ya! I am even wearing my leg warmers and wull socks :P ++
Just today we did! It's warmer now, but it was absolutely freezing earlier.
Not yet (in California)
nope, my windows are still open, im wearing like 3 sweaters but i like the fresh air :)
Nope, He went out of town on business so there's no need.
No. I now sleep under a warm quilt. I do not care for the way that the burning dust sets off the smoke alarm.
yup!
Yes I was freezing this morning.
Oh yeah. Quite some time ago. We are down to -3C at night. 6C during the day.
No, we're still in the 90's.
