Sure you can, there's nothing stopping you. Not sure why you'd want to take products intended to relieve bloating and cramping that occur in women prior to menstruation, though. I also wonder why you think you're getting Gallbladder pain if you had it removed 2 years ago. It isn't there to give you pain anymore. (My nephews wife had the operation six months ago). Here's Midol Active Ingredients: (in each caplet): Acetaminophen 500mg (Pain Reliever), Caffeine 60mg (Diuretic, Stimulant), Pyrilamine Maleate 15mg (Diuretic) Vs. Pamprin Active Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Acetaminophen 500 mg, Pamabrom 25 mg (diuretic), Pyrilamine Maleate 15mg (antihistamine) Regardless of the cause of your pain, rather than Midol or Pamprin, which are intended to relieve bloating and cramping, you might want to consider trying Percogesic, instead. It's the most powerful pain reliever that's sold over the counter that I've come across over the years. I wish you the best...

Try Motrin or Advil for your pain. They work great on me. If they don't work, see a Doctor because there could be something wrong with you because you don't have the gallbladder anymore and maybe the problem has to do with the operation.
