  • it doesn't bother me one bit and is kind of erotic.
  • She's a woman who just doesn't give a fudge! Cool.
  • Pass the sick bucket :)
  • cant stand it,it looks like pubic hair
  • I think it is nasty.
  • i find the closest person and point and laugh and say, "eeewww, Miss Nasty Pants over there needs to get a new Lady Bic"
  • I find the nearest person I know that speaks French and have them tell that woman that, in America, ladies shave their pits.
  • It's just hair, so what? People have been growing hair there for millenia. What's the deal whether you see it or not? It doesn't make her smelly or dirty or uncivilized or unintelligent.
  • Do pheromones work in human sexual attraction? They may be odorless and colorless and their function may be mysterious, but human pheromones at last have the zest of scientific truth. Researchers at the University of Chicago have demonstrated that compounds swabbed from the 'underarms' of young women at different times of the month can alter the length of other women's menstrual cycles, compressing or expanding the cycles in predictable fashion.... http://www.ishipress.com/humanodo.htm http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/9803/11/pheromones/index.html
  • I actually think it's pretty hot. Physically there's something primal and natural about it, and it also is a good indicator that a woman doesn't feel the need to conform to societal pressures and expectations. Just the fact that so many people are adverse to the idea kind of proves my last point. If we were living 100 years ago, women shaving their pits would be the exception rather than the rule, and nobody would bat an eyelash about it.
  • I'm a little taken aback by it, but hey whatever... In the restaurant that I work in, there is a picture of Sophia Loren when she was young, with her arms raised above her head with unshaved armpits, we get several complaints a month about it. Usually from women. A few men have said how gross it is...I'll see if I can find the pic...Its not the exact one, but similar..
  • oh goody, goody, two more
  • i need a bathroom fast lol
  • If it's a woman who takes care of herself, then it's a turn-on. If it's just one thing in a long list of unkemptness, then it's nasty...
  • You know, it's one of the few things I'm disappointed about myself as I can't seem to shake that double standard. I don't want to shave my own arms/legs/pits, but I don't like hair on chicks there. I'd like to think that if it was more commonplace I'd just get used to it, but it's so normal now for women not to be hairy that it's almost like my brain has been tricked into thinking they are born that way hahaha. I like smooth chicks, I can't help it
  • It makes me crinkle my nose, like eewww..It is unhygienic. Bacteria thrives on warm and moist places like the armpits. An armpit who have hair is susceptible to body odor.
  • Crinkle up my nose and descreetly check to see if I shaved my own. Even stubble in a tank top is tacky
  • I would think she is German or a Hippy! If none of these then, I don't really care. It's up to her and she musn't want to fit in the main stream way of thinking what a woman should do with her body.
  • If it's not spring or summer...I don't bother shaving
  • I don't know cause I never have.
  • I'm just not that French, or earthy-crunchy. Armpit hair, she just doesn't work for me. And according to my French sister-in-law, armpit hair is not really working for the French the way it used to, although boobs are still popular
  • sorry to say they but if i saw a realy good looking lady and she had armpit hair it would put me right off
  • There's nothing to react to. Hair is natural, tearing it off our bodies is not.
  • I thank its sexy
  • That's so hot. It shows that she's confident in her own body and doesn't shave just because everyone else is doing it. I love the natural look on a woman.
  • thats fing distgusting, shave ur pits women
  • Love it. As Penal Colony said, almost anything that can be described as "natural" or "primal" is a turn-on to me. I also like really long hair and large bushes. (Leg hair I don't mind, but I'm not aroused by it.)
  • On a woman? Yes. On a man? No.
  • On everyone in my opinion.
  • It's an individual preference.
  • On a woman I would have to go with a big fat yes...on a man as long as it doesn't smell, I have no opinion of it whatsoever.
  • I react AS NATURE INTENDED. I think those Sophia Loren photos are glorious. Also check out Harriet Andersson's pits in the movie "Summer with Monika"
  • When I see women with armpit hair, I think they're very strong women. Not strong like they'll beat you up, but strong as in not giving in to what the rest of us do. Brave. Bold. Strong.
  • I thank it is sexy
  • I am an Indian and in villages women dont shave their armpits regularly but do it only in a month or two.And most of the Indian men other than those who are born and brought up in high class societies or in the metro cities find it as a turn on.Even the smell of armpits is viewed sexually arousing. I personally like armpits with hair(not too much bushy) or at least a stubble on it.My wife once didnt shave for 6 months and I used to get aroused at every sight of it.After that she shaved it off, then also I liked it.So she is letting it grow for one month and then shaving it off so that I can enjoy both the sides.I feel a smooth armpit is just as any other part of the body and is so unattractive. So I prefer to have it natural. Secondly, women say they do it for hygienic purpose, then my question is,most of the men in the world dont shave it and does it stink??Take care of your body, and irrespective of whether there is hair or not,it will not stink if you keep it washed. After all it is a personal thing and leave it to the individual.
  • I had a girlfriend who hung out with a crowd o "Natural Women". None of them shaved their underarms. They thought this was great, and to emphasize their point it seems that they always went sleeveless. On the right woman I suppose it can be sexy, some, but not all of the time. I believe that convention regarding this is generally correct. Women conventionally show more skin than men, obviously. and while I believe in the equality of the sexes, I see nothing wrong in recognizing our differences, and following different conventions with regard to how we present ourselves. Even in formal dress women are typically bare-shouldered. To me, a woman's underarm is a very sensual thing, and for what it's worth, I prefer it shaved. If she doesn't want to shave, that's her business. How I feel about her not shaving, is mine.
  • My mind wanders to other parts of her body and How nasty they must be.
  • It's funny, but I left out another interesting anecdote that also actually happened to me. I had a girlfriend that wanted ME to shave my underarm. I'm not quite a bodybuilder, but I do work out pretty seriously, and I'm pretty muscular. Anyway, she thought that that that would be attractive, and she reasoned that bodybuilders shave regularly. Anyway, I obliged her, and I know she liked it. On occasion other women noticed this and said they liked that look. When I told my current girlfriend about this she asked if I would do it for her, and I did. I guess I really don't hold a double standard.
