Could I fill out a "Affidavit of Denial of Paternity" and still give my last name to the baby while the mother is married in Illinois? Or have the last names hyphenated as both biological father and husband?

I BELIEVE THE MOTHER HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE A BABY ANY LAST NAME SHE WISHES. THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER IS STILL THE FATHER.( IF YOU WERE NEVER MARRIED)SHE CAN EVEN MAKE UP A LAST NAME. THE COURTS WOULD NEVER ASK A LAST NAME TO BE HYPHENATED. IF YOU WERE MARRIED TO THE MOTHER THIS MAY NOT APPLY.
