Ah so you are going to really hurt the B***. I love when people divorce it brings out the very worst in people. They show their true colors in the process of divorce, few actually rise up to the occasion and become better people and show kindness and consideration about the situation. I dislike you already, I most likely would loath you if we met in person.... You will not like my advice, but hey I'm not on this world for you to like me and I personally do not care if you do or do not like me. What you need to do is work with your spouse and get her legal - as her husband you should have done that before when you married. Instead you decided to perpetrate a crime. Next you need to agree to part company nicely. After all you loved her enough to participate in a Federal Crime for a while.... Next you need to turn yourself in to the Department of Immigration for the criminal you really are. See you hosted an illegal immigrant for a time, and by marriage you have participated deeply in that crime. You are as guilty as she. Perhaps more so since you are a citizen and should be well aware of the laws of the land, and ignorance of the law is not a legal excuse for perpetrating a crime. So there are very good legal reasons why you need to forget making pay. Instead of just hurting hurt you will hurt yourself. If I wanted to be really mean I would have told you to take your story to the Department of immigration and let you discover on your own your criminal activities and reponsibilites and the penalties connected with committing this federal offense.

I think it's rather low of you to marry a woman kmowing that she was illegal and then try to use it against her later on when you decide you want to get rid of her. You're basically wanting to leave her high and dry after she's been in the states for over 18 months. That's pretty selfish on your part. Why are you throwing her to the wolves? Is this some kind of revenge thing? Why didn't you help her to get citizenship beforehand? Using it against her now is a really crappy thing to do.
