• I spend between 30 and 40 minutes powerwalking daily.
  • On odd numbered days, I do heavy-hands for 30 minutes. Even dates I left free weights, and that routine runs a little over an hour.
  • Most mornings I do either 100 pushups or use the perfect pushups and do a set of 30 regular and 50 wide perfect pushups. Mondays and Thursdays I teach a martial arts class for and hour and a half. At work I have to do a lot of going up and down stairs and I take the stairs two at a time going up and then use the rails going down to support my wait and do a couple of steps at a time that way.
