• I have had little lumps under my underarms for a while. The doctor I went to said that they were ingrown hairs and exfoliation would prevent more from appearing.
  • I some times get the same problem, but the tiny lumps are painful, these can be small glands, that eventually calm down then go. More common in summer when its too hot, also when you get a little run down. Maybe your friend is using the wrong deodrant and the lumps maybe a reaction, tell your friend to use a deodrant for sensitive skin. If the problem persists your friend may want to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.
  • Hmm! Why do we have doctors?

Nah. It's much better to ask people on sites like this one. We're much more able to diagnose medical issues here than in a doctor's office.
