  • Being a retired NJ Parole Officer, perhaps I can offer my assistance. If the actual offence occured prior to your sentencing, the Probation Officer had the responcibility of including that in his pre-sentence report. (as an arrest awaiting disposition) I don't believe the court can entertain a violation of probation. However, don't be surprised if the court is less gracious when it comes time for sentencing on the latest charges... (I am not a lawyer and suggest you consult one to be sure)
