Paris Hilton...famous for being famous. And rich. She is in Australia at the moment and the photos in the paper of the gawkers following her around prove there are some people out there who really need to get a life! However young Paris is doing very nicely thank you, and the public is happily encouraging her (for some strange reason!).

I apply the "water seeks it's own level" metephore. What I mean to say is this: naturally unscrupulous, dastardly and selfish people obtain high political office, the good hearted and socially aware teach, and just like the larger clods of dirt make thier way to the top of a truck load of topsoil, the talentless and vacuous become celebrities, mostly by creating self arranged scandal. I do not include actors and actresses. They have a talent for narcisism, lying and make believe, so we pay them to entertain us.
