Well sometimes the differant personalitites disagree with each other and make it incapable for the person to find an anwser to something.

It's possible, but not common. More commonly, the identities do not know about each other. However, sometimes the identities may be aware of one another and interact, without the person's "real" identity knowing about it.

When I was little my mom was dating a guy with Dissociative Identity Disorder (multiple personalities) and he did argue with himself... But I'm not sure if it was the different personalities arguing or not. He was an interesting guy...

Yes, Personalities may be aware of each other to some degree though only one will be in control at a given time; transitions are typically sudden and precipitated by stress. The person can switch at any given time from one personality to another, often not realizing it.
