because "the vote" doesn't matter. the machines used to record them have less regulations than vegas slots. there are two kinds of machines used, and the companies that make them are owned by brothers the current system of "win a state, win all the votes" only allows the most well financed (not the most qualified) candidate to get anywhere in the race when politicians do get voted in, they flip flop, and work only to perpetuate the oligarchy that America has become.
