No, because there will always be some moral people who do not have sex with any other person besides their mate and if they never have sex with anyone else there is no way for them to get it unless for some, they become intravenous drug users.

You are forgetting that STD means sexually transmitted disease, so that's infection that is primarily spread through sexual contact (although sometimes thru other means too). As a result, people who limit their number of partners, abstain from sex, use protection, etc, make it pretty hard to make it a true worldwide pandemic. It is true, however, that HIV is rampant in many poor and underdeveloped countries with a high percentage of the population being infected.

at the rate our society is going, i'd believe it, except for the virgins, of course. when it gets to the point that my doctor applauds me and tells me "GREAT JOB!" when my tests come back all neg., i know there's a problem with the spread.
