Yes. Naturopathy has a cure for Cancer and HIV. Go back to nature and you will find a cure. There are two types of cells in our body. yes and no...there will always be newer and more deadly strains of diseases such as aids and cancers there will be more diseases faster than we can cure them... with all due respects to homeopathy, which i use, from time to time, they may have a cure for everything..but you have to find the right combination of herbs (1000 plus) and potencies ( 100s), which is different for every person. it could take you 20 years to find the right dosage for aids, for example for john doe. by that time he might be dead, if he doesnt use other forms of drugs and therapy to help till then.

I sure hope so, and yes, I really do believe that someday there will be a cure. I believe Stem cell research will play a large role in those cures.
