Does urine have bacteria in it? If so, the longer you have the urine in a sealed bottle does that mean the bacteria will be gone or it would grow more bacteria in it? I'm doing an experienment.

It would grow more. Urine is normally sterile inside the bladder, unless there's a urinary tract infection. But once outside the body, it can make a good culture medium for bacteria, especially if not refrigerated. Also pH might be an important factor in bacterial growth, varying from one urine specimen to another.
