NO, I don't like being mean ever. I like to joke with people but not if they may take offense and feel hurt or ridicule.

There is always an underlying reason for everything you do..being mean has a purpose..the "victim" whom you choose is the one you choose for a reason. Unless you are mentally deranged or are afflicted with Alzheimer's or some other disease in which people have no control over their words or actions, you are doing it(whatever "it" is) for a reason.
