  • Many people feel pain for others. This is not unusual nor it does not mean that there is anything wrong with them. It just means that the person has a heightened sense of empathy.
  • I can sit and cry for the sadness of others when I have difficulty crying for myself, that I cannot allow myself to do. I cry at newsreels, for peoples sadness and their happiness, old films and hungry children. I do not think you are alone or strange , just donot allow yourself to get too depressed.
  • yes i do. i dont know if theres somethin wrong with it unless it starts really hurting you...empathy is a good thing, especially if if motivates
  • I feel others' pain more deeply as I've grown older. And, I don't mean that to sound like younger people aren't as compassionate. Ever since I've known my wife, (from when she was 15), she has had a huge compassion for others in need or others hurting. I think I've become more compassionate because, having so much, (family, home, friends, etc.), I realize now, more than ever, what it would be like to lose any of it. No, nothing is wrong. In fact, I believe if there were more people like you, the world would be a better place.
