  • No. I think that the people who do vote are just a smaller representation of the total population. It's a bit like taking a poll. You don't have to ask every single person their opinion, just a large enough variety, to get a full picture of what people are thinking.
  • If you judge by history, no matter what the vote, the government seems to find a way to do what they want anyway. I don't think the number of votes would make a difference, as once Bitten stated. I think the representation is already there.
