Yes! My husband and I won the daily number before we were married. After we got engaged, we played the wedding date we chose 3 times, $1 each. We hit on the 3rd time, and won just under $500.

i got a ticket once for Christmas - dunno why, I think they are a stupid waste of money and the person knew that. Ironically, though, I won $50. (but then I split it with my little brother - gave him 30 for a video game and spent mine on nothing memorable...)
