It is interesting how so many people who do not want to hear Christians preaching ask questions it the religious section and clearly answer them also. There is one certain way of not reading what Christians etc have to say DON'T READ IT, the ball is entirely in your court. I am offended by the explicit sexual nature of a lot of questions and comments on here . I simply do not interact with it. Take my advice and steer clear of what you find offensive!

Well there IS freedom of speech. But it really depends on the context - I would not force my beliefs into a forum where they are obviously unwelcome (example going into some chat room for homosexuals and start Bible-thumping, that would not be productive).

Are you talking about AB or in general? Really no difference though. Just say: no thanks. I am a Christian. I say that to people who come to my door, if I don't want to listen. Not just religious groups (actually don't get many of those), but energy sellers, chocolate sellers. Same with telephone callers (once again, don't get religious calls, just telemarketers). Just say, politely, no thanks. No problem. (BTW, I often get preached at by non-religious people too- family members, people at parties etc They often don't realise people don't want to listen to their often strange and uninformed views, but, as a Christian, they expect me to listen. I mean, Christians aren't supposed to say go away....)

I don't get offended if someone tells me they don't want to hear me preach. It has never happened to me in person but on AB in one question about evolution. But if they argue instead of asking for a subject change, then I will continue!
