Actually, when I get mad I develop this weird New York / Brooklyn accent. It's weird because I'm from Detroit.

Yes. I think it is something you do automatically. Also have you notice it doesn´t matter what language you are speaking but if you have to count you will do it in your mother tongue.

I don't have a native tongue, but when I am tired or stressed I talk in British accent.

In time of rage I revert to heavy duty cursing--the kind that I won't reproduce here..

I revert to my native accent when I open my mouth. I can't even pretend I don't have an accent. I know I do.

It is a natural thing to do so, and not only in times of stress. As people age, they revert as well.

Sometimes. Especially when I'm angry. I sound really and stereotypically English.

I tend to use some choice Anglo Saxon words when people annoy me ;-)

No (I wish I did, it would be cool), but I do sometimes when I'm drunk or high.

As a south African I do a lot, but not only my 'native' (or mother) tongue, other languages....we have eleven official languages.....I can fluently speak six of them!!!!

yes, especially when I get mad and that the words can't come fluently in english. It becomes a "Frenglish" argument.

Oh yes, all the time..trouble is if im talking to someone not from Northern England at the time, they cant unserstand alot of it lol

In times of stress, no. But the more I drink, the more southern I sound. Also, when I am around my family, I subconsciously talk with more of an accent.
