I think the best thing you can do is apologize, and explain why, HUMBLY. You know you were wrong, so you can't really take a defensive. If your husband is who he should be, he should forgive you, or at the least no still want to be angry with you. After that, its just a matter of trying not to do that again. Your husband could help with that, as you could do for him. That is marriage.

I think they may understand your situation more than you realize.Just apologize sincerely and explain the troubles you're having with your emotions.Explain to you're son that "Mommy still loves you".Talk with Meg. +4 and a big (hug) to a great friend!

Do what I have done in that situation Say "I am sorry there is no excuse for my behaviour, I am so sorry I did that, I have no Idea what was the matter with me"
