just walk away ,and re gather your thoughts and if you are still troubled with it ,go out and be away from that person for a while ,and then if you are still feeling that way you have problems.

Slap a kid, or better yet, a neighbor's kid. And kick the dog, or better yet, the neighbor's dog. . No, no, don't do those things. Take a pill. It's the moddin way. And sing: "Always look on the bright side of life!"

Kick a hole in the wall. It's a pain in the ass to repair but surprisingly satisfying.

When I want to hit someone and don't actually do it ; I punch a pillow or go to the gym and punch a punching bag ... +5

I don't want to hit people. If a loved one was being threatened, I would do Anything to defend them. I don't trust cops or our justice system to protect anyone, to have the passion I do about my loved ones. I do not express my anger by hitting. +5
