Has anyone an idea why so often elder girls/sisters or even young women are so often mean and sadistic to younger boys and even abuse them usually in a humiliating way? Is it anger, stress or mere frustration?

I've never encountered this specific phenomenon... However, I'd assume that it would be for the same reasons as anyone abuses anyone else. Power, and the need to feel better about oneself.

I'd call it poor parenting. Parents are supposed to teach their children to get along and to look out for and love one another. My guess is that that particular parenting job hasn't been getting done for you.

As far as I remember the elder girls wanted to give me a lesson, showing that they were stronger and superior to me. I felt that it was very important for them to humiliate and they enjoyed humiliation as a real erotic kick. Begging them for pardon or excusing made them only more furious and modst of the girls told me that I deserved a punishment and therefore I had to suffer a while. Usually they stopped when I really cried with tears in my eyes and when they were sure that I suffered a lot. And mostly there were two or three of them. Perhaps they had problems with elder boys whom they adored and being rejected they gave me their full frustration. I just remember that the girls were much more cruel than usually the boys and they took all their time. It was just like along cruel celebration.
