I am personally having my body donated to a medical school. I understand that many religions frown upon this but I just feel that it is an excellent way to give back and provide opportunity for the future.

hopefully some sort of cave, or just fossilized somewhere so the next species of life, millions of years down the line will have my skeletal remains in tact and, well, at least then i'd be known for something.
