  • England is not a state. It is a region of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland grants citizenship to nationals of other countries without requiring them to give up their original nationality.
  • She can enter for 90 days on the visa waiver program (VWP), and must leave at the end or be in violation. If she wants to stay longer than that, she needs a visa of some type. The visa types are listed on the State Dept. web site, along with detailed requirements for each. She may be able to return multiple times on the VWP, however it is up to the individual CBP officers at the port of entry to grant or deny VWP requests... you have to actually show up and present your passport, it's a decision they make on the spot and there is no appeal. If she wants to live permanently in the U.S., she must get a resident visa, and one of the top candidates for that is a fiancee or marriage visa, of course. If she stays long enough to apply for an obtain citizenship, she would retain her UK citizenship as well.
  • Dual Citizenship happens to Brit children who are born in another country. Of course there is dual citizenship. Your kids could have dual citizenship. Not your immigrant wife.
