No, I've never even held one before, and I'd be too scared to use it lol. I love them in horror movies, for sure, but hearing one in real life I just can't stand how loud and oppressive it is. :/

Yes, sometimes I go to the pecan groves where they are trimming the trees, pick up large branches and cut them to fit in my fireplace.
