The problem is that many people convicted of rape are actually victims of women who had it out for the men, or in the case with my friend who was a minor, she was too embarrassed to admit to her parents that she consensually had sex (being a minor and immature) so she claimed rape. Rape is a touchy subject that covers two very broad sides of the spectrum. I would be up for having the balls cut off of real rapists, but the problem is that its too hard to know what exactly happened with every case. By real rapists I mean people who physically restrained women and clearly went against their will forcing sex, not some drunk bitch who got too hammered with some random guy who doesn't remember giving consent.

oh, this is tough. see there alot of rape. statuatory, physical, and attemted. do i think a 18 year old involved with a 15 year old should recieve the same as a 25 year old with a 15 year old? no. do i think a attempted rapest should recieve the same as a rapest? yep. but, then you have those like kobey. is he guilty or a victim ? see, its not clear all the time. do i think some poor shmoe that was set up by some vendictive b*tch deserves the same? no way. i think that if you want to make it a crazy penalty then let the victim carry out the sentece of cutting it off or whatever crazy thing you want to do. let them live with it.
