What a wonderful question ! In general, I'm grateful for so many things that it would make for a very long list.... but you, my clever friend, were wise enough to clearly specify... "Today". So my answer is ... I have the day off from work, and I'm very grateful for the chance to put my feet up and rest a bit.

Well, yesterday the arch on my right foot was hurting so I put on my old shoes. The shoes with orthodics (to correct my posture among other things) which were made before I had any back surgery. I was shocked when I took those first steps. For the first time since my last back surgery I stood up straight. All day today I was able to walk perfectly straight, no leaning to the right like an old lady. A Christmas bessing for sure. so now you know. : )
