I was a guest in a friend's home (1974) and was astounded with the breakfast he prepared, which consisted of Belgian Waffles, Eggs Benedict, Bagels and Champagne.

I passed on the Champagne, but the Belgian Waffles (topped with fresh strawberries) and Eggs Benedict I had never had before in my life, and the E-B became (and still is) my favorite breakfast item in the entire world, WHEN I find some restaurant that can properly prepare them, with real butter on the English muffins, a slice of Candian Bacon, a slice of Turkey, a poached egg, plenty of hot Hollandaise Sauce oozing all over it, and a slice of black olive on top.

Debris - the new slimline version.

A full roast dinner of beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese and various other veg all smothered in gravy.

I made too much the day before so I put it on a plate and cling filmed it, then popped it in the fridge. The next morning I had nothing else in the house to eat so I micro-waved the roast dinner and had that for breakfast.

Well sometimes I eat various soups and popcorn, I make chocolate milkshakes, TV dinners..

I don't feel as if I'm getting "filled up" from just eating regular breakfast foods.
