Oh poop,,, I have made so many mistakes I don't know which one to choose.

I once packed my shoes before leaving a cruiseship and had to disembark barefoot. :-)

I thought I was all the way down the stairs at work but was shy a few so stepped like the floor was there and it wasn't so I ate it, to make matters worse bag of chips I had just opened flew all over like confetti at new years! So there I was on my face on the floor covered in chips. I wasn't hurt but EVERYBODY saw and there want anything I could do but get up, laugh and take a bow.
