Germans never say "I love you" because Germans do not know what love is. The notion "love" is only existing in other languages but not in German and as Germans do never love because they do not know this feeling, they do not need a word for such a stupid feeling. Germans do not have any feelings by nature and so they do not need so many words like other people.
