  • Nope:):)
  • No it does not but depending on what state and the time elapsed you may have to aquire it in civil court if you don't have enough evidence it is owed.
  • nope, i got a child support check when my daughter was 21 and had just had her own baby. I called her up, we had a good laugh about it and proceeded to buy my grandchild clothing with it. :)
  • No it does not at least not in the state of Jersey.....This chick who is 37 tried to pin the "you are my Daddy" on my husband last year. We did DNA and 99.9% negative or miss-match. The chick is looking for her Father for this reason and for some ungodly reason tried to pin my man as the "Daddy". Our lawyer said if the test comes back positive child support would be expected from the time of birth til the chick turned 18. Thank God for DNA testing!
  • Nope sorry, Its a debt that has to be paid.
  • No, unlike court order visitation, there's no statute of limitations on back child support, but the mother must keep the claim current ever 2-3 years.
