I want to move out of state , can the father of my oldest son stop me, he is in prison for 20 years and has visitation but does not pay child support? Can I just move or do I have to take legal action?

In the situation you describe . . . I'm gonna say . . . better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission!! Do it and worry about coping with any adversity when it comes. What's the worst thing that can happen? They make you move back? -
