  • 1. See a doctor. 2. Quit smoking (which your doctor will tell you). Yeah sure they can give you medications which will make it easier for you to breathe and smoke - however your continual smoking even on the medication will result in further damage and more difficulty breathing.
  • First of all, if you have Asthma, Smoking is one of the WORST things you could do, as Your Lungs are already more sensitive then other people's lungs. Add in the irritants in Smoke (Of any kind!) and you're on your way to a major problem. GO SEE A DOCTOR. they'll give you the most help.
