Well that depends on what you are referring to--if you mean the designing, shopping, drawing, planning, and deciding, then yes, that is all them. If you are asking about the demolition, contracting, construction, and painting, then no, most of them have a crew. However, every action put into the space needs approval from the designer. For instance, Candice Olsen from Divine Design, has her crew for electrical, contracting etc. but she makes all the desicions. Also, this is a good example because they actually film her flipping through magazines and drawing the room. So does david Bromstad from Color Splash.
