No. The Social Security Number hasn't even been issued yet to the baby and besides, the Family Court has to issue an order for the father to pay support before he has to pay, legally. The mother can't file court order without the baby's Social Security Number.

No. But it might be nice (and in the baby's interests) if you contributed something, even if you just buy some clothes, blankets, or a car seat etc rather than handing over cash. Babies consume a lot of money BEFORE they're born, as well as after. It's unfair mom should have to cough up for all that, just because she's carrying the child (which is incredibly hard work btw!).

No sorry Your ex-boyfriend does not have to pay support to his ex-girlfriend. After then baby is born and you go to court he will have to pay child support but he still does not have to support his ex-girlfriend.
