  • The way you worded this question leaves some ambiguity as to what is happening here; ultimately who would be the person posting the pictures? You, or Her? Either way, if You are considering posting the pictures, DON'T. Regardless of any laws, she can sue you for damages in civil court, and win. If she is threatening to post the pictures, you couldn't do much legally unless you were under the age of consent at the time the pictures were taken. If either of you WAS under the local age of consent, the FBI deals with these matters and you could make sure your ex is aware of this. My Rule: Don't let people take pictures of you, in general. Never allow ANYONE to photograph you doing anything you wouldn't want your grandmother to see. -One last thing, in this era of photoshop ANY picture is "plausibly deniable"; if she leaks the pictures simply deny that the guy in the pictures is you.
  • do it!!!!
