  Help please. My friend is in trouble and I don’t know how to help her, she’s going through so much and she’s only 11. She’s an internet friend, so I just don’t know how I can help her over text. Here are her words, sorry it’s really long “It's not fair. I feel like I'm being neglected by my mom but I don't know. It's just.. Ugh. We're 11 and 12 and we haven't learned how to do laundry yet. Our mom doesn't do our laundry either. Yeah our washer is broken but there's a laundry mat not far at all from our house. But she still doesn't wash our clothes and she actually knows how to-- But like, she just lets our 61 year old grandma who is really weak and has asthma and lives in a hotel do our laundry?? When she can literally just take it to the laundry mat and do it herself Okay second off We're not getting an education since November. She pulled us out because we were being bullied but we never started any other type of school.. We haven't seen a doctor or dentist in TWO YEARS. Wtf. Make us an appointment mom A lot of times I overdosed on albuterol because..suicidal thoughts. Sadly I never died but, she didn't even take me anywhere to get help any of the times I overdosed? And she knew I overdosed? Like this has been going on for months and months. I can only have 4 puffs of albuterol in 24 hours-- I keep taking around 20-50 puffs of it in less than 5-10 minutes. Why haven't I died already?! Albuterol overdose can be fatal. It can lead to cardiac arrest or even death which is my goal. Next time I should use my whole fucking inhaler. Whenever I overdose I start feeling all shaky and weak and dizzy..and my head starts throbbing..and it gets hard to breathe and it feels like my heart is beating way too fast.. And I can't form coherent sentences and my vision gets all blurry.. I need help. She doesn't understand. All the times I overdosed, cried for no reason, yelled over nothing, felt sad and fatigued for hours and hours. She hasn't taken a fucking hint.   Should I cut off this friend? I have this friend of mine that can be really selfish at times. It normally happens when hes drunk. He can drink on weekends and he drinks all weekend long. He just got a DUI a few weekends ago and he told me its his 2nd but I know hes still going to court for his 2nd DUI. So I think he lied to me there. His step dad died a couple weeks ago and he never even told me about it. He never told me when the funeral was. He came over the next day and asked me for gas money. I still helped him out because it was $10. Hes not the type of friend that would go out of his way for someone either. I remember I bought beer for us when we went to this party one weekend. Then the next day he didn't even give me a ride home. He excuss was hes too hung over so I took the bus. Also if he doesn't get what he wants from someone he can get mad at them. Hes done it to me and other people. I've been thinking about ignoring him from now on.

  I was with my ex for 3 years, she was my first and I was her first. we've lived together for about 2 years and recently broke up in February. She dumped me because she had thought I was cheating on her but when she realized I wasn't wasn't things started slowly coming back together. Couple weeks later we got into a huge argument after our argument she started acting different and coming home late. It was unusual of her to come home late because she's a nurse and her schedule required her to work the 5-7 shift. I would stay up until she got home to talk about her why she's been coming home late, she would she grab whatever she needed and she would leave again and not come back home until about 2 or 3 am. One day she gets texted saying she needed her space and if I could stay at my parents, for the first week I disagreed to it but shortly after I changed my mind thinking it might be a good idea and that I should respect her space. Two days later I had found out she slept with her coworker by logging into her Snapchat. I asked her if she had done anything with anyone she kept telling me she had not done anything with anyone, so I pulled up her snapchat to show her that knew what had happen after I gave her space. We were officially done I grabbed my stuff and had completely moved out, couple weeks later she started texting me about how she had made a mistake so I went back to her. For about 5 months she was going back and forth between me and her coworker. Last week she broke down mentally and was calling and texting me non stop saying she wanted to hurt herself and she felt like a piece of shit for doing this to me, she wanted me to come over to help her out with her breakdown so I told her she needed to text her coworker and have him deal with it because I was really upset about the last few months.   The guy that I am currently seeing asks questions about my prior relationships. I have been honest with him about who I have been seriously involved with (relationships & sex) not provided him a list of every person I have ever talked to or kissed. I'm almost 30 years old, I don't even know if I could recall it all. He seems to be jealous of the idea of me being with other people in the past, which I cannot help because what's done is done. When I say jealous it's not like he does anything crazy but I can tell it bothers him, and I don't want him to be upset. Well recently, we were talking about a male friend of mine (who I'm not even close to) and he asked me whether or not I would ever date him and I told him no, which is true. I didn't tell him that friend had kinda tried to date me and that we kissed once way before me and him ever got together. Why did I not volunteer this information, because I know it will make him uneasy and there is no reason to. Well eventually he flat out asked if we had ever done anything, and I told him that we kissed, because that's the truth. I knew that it was going to upset him but I didn't want to lie. He asked how many times it happened and told him once, which is the truth, but he asked me that several times and seems to be skeptical of that. He asked several questions about it and it made me uncomfortable but I told him the truth. He then wanted to know if the kiss happened at my house or the friends, I'm not sure why that matters. It actually happened at my house, but I knew that would upset him and I really love him and don't want to upset him, but I also don't know if it's appropriate for him to be asking details of events that occurred before we started dating and then getting upset about it.   My girlfriend and I were happy together had a dog lived together and talked of marriage. My friend would always come over and hang with me, after a while him coming over turned into a everyday thing. Long story short, situations happend like me and my buddy hanging in the garage and him saying goodbye and then an hr later I go upstairs and he's sleeping on the floor next to the couch we're my girlfriend is sleeping. Other things like they had exchanged phone numbers without me knowing. I asked them both if anything was goin on I felt like an idiot when they both said no. Time passed then more stuff like I pulled into the grocery mart parking lot and there sitting there talking . I ended up asking my girlfriend and my friend a ton of times if what I was feeling like they were hooking up was real No no no your insane and insecure. Ok my girlfriend ended up leaving me because of all this she told me that they never talked at all. We're broken up now and my friend still comes around but he dosnt seem like a real friend he says I would never do that, and then bragged to me the other day about how he hooked up with a chick who has a boyfriend.

  I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city. I decided to look him up again on Facebook and this time I went inside his page to see if this was him , I sent him a message of familiarity, pertaining to things only he would know if this was the correct person.   I am 14. For the past months I've been experiencing an anxiety like feeling. I usually worry about things that shouldn't be worried about it shouldn't be worried about that much. Then everyday it keeps happening I keep thinking and then I over think and it could be positive but if it's negative then it will get me scared or have me keep thinking about it. And everyday I fidget or walk around non stop back and forth and when I do I think. Good or bad. I think. Most of the times I overthink and I don't want that feeling. And I can't sleep well at night and I stay up late. Not like through until the middle of the night but my bed time is usually around 10:30 or suppose to be but I usually fall asleep between 12:30 to about 2 the most. Then when I wake up everyday I feel like I need to sleep in more because I'm tired and sleepy still. That's just one problem with my sleep. The other is that I'm afraid sleeping by myself in the dark. I just think if I try to sleep peacefully then I would hear whispers or I would feel something rub on me and open my eyes someone would be there. I believe in ghost but that experience never happend with me. Meaning I know it won't happen but my anxiety is taking over making me scared and rarely panic sometimes to where I have my mom sleep with me. Or I sleep with the lights on. And next one is my ear. I think I might either have the mineres disease or tinnitus or whatever because for years I've been hearing ringing in my ears or left ear mostly . but I figured it was normal but now since I gotten smarter and mature I decided to look up what it was. But I still hear it til today like this moment. Usually at night it gets loud. But on a daily basis I can hear it but it's no big deal. I just want to get it checked out just to be on the safe side. Rarely it goes to both of my ears or spreads but mainly it's been on my left ear. It might also be on my right ear but not as much but Idk. All I know is that I hear ringing like 24/7 and there has come times where I ignore it and forget it's the

  So I joined college a week ago and it's been great so far. Haven't made a lot of friends yet but it's fine. My roommate is some girl I've never met before till like 4 days ago and she and her friends seem pretty cool. I'm not a very talkative person (probably awkward af) and I try to be social but it just turns into a very awkward situation. The hostel I stay in usually offer meals and since I can't eat some foods (tummy issues) I decided to order takeout on my first day stay. My roommate and her friend were on the top bunk talking during dinner and they told me to go get some food and I declined saying I was full and all but then my takeout arrived and when I got to eating, she and her friend weren't there so there's no way I could offer it to them. So when they came back, the food was already cold and I felt bad offering them cold food (bc it seems like I'm giving them my leftovers; rude) so I just kept it there till the next morning when I threw it out. A few days later, I hear her talking to her friends telling them how selfish I am. It really hurts bc we don't know each other that well and she's already making judgements about me. We don't talk much but I feel like I've been nothing but good to her despite being quiet and all. God knows what nonsense she's been feeding her friends. What should I do?   How do I get my ex girlfriend back? Hi so I’m in a situation where I know my ex still loves me and is in love with me. However the reason for this breakup (48 hrs ago) was for us to work on ourselves, to get the ball rolling on our careers and after we do that she said she promised we’d try things out again. She said she has no time for me rn because her mom just went through a kidney transplant and she needs to focus on her plus she said she doesn’t feel like she loves herself enough and before putting all 100% into me she wants to do that for herself. We took a 2 week break and she told me she felt awful because she wanted to give me attention it’s just she needs to be strong for herself and show herself that she can be responsible. So she broke things off so she doesn’t feel like I’m waiting on the sidelines for her. She also wants time for herself to do yoga and make new friends. Our breakup wasn’t bad. We talked and talked and even had sex and took a last picture of us kissing before going our separate ways. She contacted me the next morning telling me she hopes work went good and we talked for a bit then the conversation ended and restarted again at night while we were both at work. She told me during the breakup that she felt uncomfortable in the relationship because when we argue or fight I’d be an a**hole and yell and cuss at her. I told her I wanna change for myself but also for us because I realized that it’s not cool of me to be yelling over dumb things. She said she doesn’t know if things will workout in the future between us but we will try again and as long we work on ourselves rn then only good things will come. Any advice would be helpful as this time for me is hard because we told each other we’d work through anything and that our relationship could go to hell and back and we’d still love each other. I know this is hell rn I just want things to workout again.

  Greetings the issue that im about to talk about has been bothering me for sometime and i thought it would be best if i can get advice from people.I have strict parents and i think this has affected my social life negatively.The only time i could actually spend time with my friends was at school,and i was at a boarding school in high school.During the holidays my parents would never allow us to go for friends birthday parties,movies and just generally spending time with them as they believed having a social life was not important.we rarely used to have friends over because me and my siblings would always be afraid of bringing our friends home because of the fear of what our parents would say and do.The only time i had friendships that existed was when i was in school,the moment i went home for holidays my friendships were non existant.I am currently in University but im home on holiday and my parents have given me a curfew which is at 18:00 hrs.My parents barely let me have freedom.I now look at my life and ive realised that i barely have any friends.No one calls my phone to ask to do anything with me.My social life especially when im home is non existant.And ive stayed with not having really close friends for a very long time.What advice would you give me as i need to have a social life and friends with whom i can spend time with?
