There's no accurate translation for "bully" into Spanish, the closest I can think of would be "abusivo maricon" which would translate to "cowardly abuser" (In a less than polite manner, I should add). Remember though, that if you start calling this bully names, you might be stooping to his level.

it really just depends on what region you're in. dialects can vary a lot even throughout mexico. PERSONALLY, I would say peleón. it means someone who likes to pick fights (with other kids or with authority or parents). not necessarily "bully" but it can be the same idea.
