If I'm not mistaken, the name 'Donna' means 'lady' in Italian (from the Latin 'domina') so if you wanted the Classical Greek for 'lady', it would be 'γυνη' (woman), 'κυρια' or 'ποτνια' (both meaning 'lady/ mistress').
