I only wish I could sleep. My 10 month old baby is still up 4 or 5 times a night. It's been a long time since I have had any sleep. I aim for 8 hours but it will be a while until I achieve that. Luckily I don't work but staying at home with kids can be hard when your sleep deprived.

I don't get enough. For a good work performance, it takes at least eight or nine, preferably more. This rarely happens, especially when you are always away from home and sleeping somewhere different all the time.

I usually sleep about 4 hours when its dark and 4 hours when it's light and that's the way I like it. If I actually had a job it might be different though.

I haven't had enough sleep since I could remember :( I'm an insomniac and I usually get 3-5 hours of sleep.. I've noticed though that when I get 7-8hours of sleep, i function really well the next day :P However, when it's more than 9 hours I feel lethargic.

It really varies for me, anywhere from two to thirteen! I got a fair amount last night, two sets of four (with a two hour break in between) and most nights I get a couple nights with almost none and then one really loooong night.

I average about 4 hours a night. I work odd hours, and my family keeps me hopping. Any more than 6 hours, and I'm cranky. I can't oversleep.

I've gotten about 5 hours each night this week..but I've been busy. I usually shoot for at least 7. Once you get used to having little sleep it's ok, but it definately sucks at first.

I'm an architecture major, so typically, I get a few hours of sleep per night, and for sure I take naps during the day, thats how I survive.

When I add up my naps, snoozes, and sleeps I get about 8 hours a day. I'm retired so I sleep just about whenever I want to so I can get a good night's or a good day's sleep.

On The Other Hand, You Can Be your only judge. Everyones body is completely different, me i only need 2 hours of sleep for my body to be fully functional.

I get 6.5 hrs a night on average. It is a little bit light and I function much better on about 7 hrs. 8 hrs is too much for me and I sleep that much perhaps 1 day in 10 - usually after a hectic night.

Well, I go to school. I sleep around after 11:00, but before 12:00. but that's only when I'm sleepinf for school the next morning. Probrably in total, i get 7 hours of sleep. On fridays, i sleep whenever i want but get up like 12 hours later.
