Sounds like you did a great job, maybe just a bowl, spoon and me to sample it?
-
A starch. Perhaps smashed skin-on red potatoes, seasoned with garlic and a little beef stock.
-
Potato salad.

It would sound better without the cauliflower because we are not on the best of terms. I would make those portobello mushrooms. Don't forget to add the seaonings to the mixture either :) How about diced plum tomatoes & potatoes added to the mix. Don't forget to add romaine lettuce for the burgers & some delicious cheesecake for dessert.

Well, I would serve nice crusty bread with the soup, have the cauliflower au gratin and add some garlic potatoes. I've never had burgers served any other way than with a bun, onions and ketchup. It would never occur to me to have them as part of a 'proper' meal.

wilted spinach salad

It sure feels like it needs something green. Something light green meaning texture-wise not color-wise. Salad, cucs, maybe grilled zucchini slices. Sounds like a great meal:-)

Swiss cheese, fresh fruit, and some mixed greens. (melt swiss cheese on burgers and top with mushrooms)

The only thing missing from that scrumptious dinner is ME! :)

Add a nice salad...and get rid of the mushrooms. Yuck!
