Yup. It was several miles from the rez to the grammar school, so we caught the bus out at the county road. High school was a 2 hour one way bus ride. The school was in a different county. In winter, we got on the bus before daylight, and got home after dark. Better than the boarding schools the elders had to go to though. 3/27/24
