  • I don't think you can; Criminal Records are for life. You 'can' however quite often just reapply for a license or something, you'll still have the old record, but you'd be newly licensed and would legally be allowed to drive again.
  • While you can get minor criminal infraction expunged from your record, I don't believe you can expunge driving offenses. However, in America many states' driving records go back only so far, so old infractions may fall off your history. You can contact your local DMV and request your driving history to see how many years your records go back.
