What does family planing stand for? How can you plan a family when they stop you to have one??? ( abortion, contraception pills & others)

Family planning simply means controlling when and how many children you want to have. It does not always mean not having any children. It used to be that women had children until they died or nearly died. Birth control has allowed women the ability to control how many children she wants to have.
