• A simple check of the baby's blood type might prove that you aren't the baby's father. If the baby's blood type indicates that you might be the father, you'll have to go to a DNA test to determine positively whether you really are or not. I'm not sure if these tests can be performed before the baby is born. I'm sure they shouldn't be, unless it's absolutely necessary. Either way, you'll have to have a doctor do them; s/he can advise you about when and how to get them done.
