  • I would think you would be able to, but you would have to talk to someone at a tattoo parlor or wherever you planned on getting it pierced. As for would it hurt, the answer is no. scar tissue has no nerve endings, so it would not hurt until it got to living tissue. It would be much harder to pierce through the scar tissue though.

  • Yes you can...and yes, it will hurt more than the first time.
  • Over time, "normal" blood vessels and nerve connections should grow back through the tissue (especially in a small area like a piercing), which will mean that the longer you wait between re-piercings, the more chance there will be for pain associated with the piercing. On the other hand, if you do it right away, the nerves will likely be more sensitive due to the fact that you've just caused them a lot of trauma with the original piercing. Hope that's helpful!   • I am in your condition. i took my ring out and today or tomorrow im going to get it repierced. it has been 4-5 months sence ive taken it out
