No, but Im very cheap. I'd rather buy a cheap, but good pair of jeans and spend the rest of the money on something else.
-
No! They would have to be pretty dam good trousers to pay $200.
-
yah..i always will.even dough how expensive it is.
-
No, I never spend a lot on clothes of any kind. I barely spent that much on formal dresses, including the shoes and accessories. lol
-
NO WAY!!!! OMG! I hate stores that sell jeans for rediculous amounts of money! Why would you pay $200 for some styled denim??? Don't get me wrong, I am fasion orientated but I find some of my favourite clothes on sale!
-
hell no! i'd probably shrink 'em the first time i washed them anyhow.
-
No, the black Liz Claiborne jeans I am wearing cost me $2.50 at the thrift shop.
-
if they were covered with diamonds and emeralds, I'd go for it. Of course not. That's a rediculous price for a damn pair of jeans. With that money I could get 3 jeands and 3 nice shirts. No way i'm spending $200.00 on jeans.
-
At $200 a pop, those jeans better provide built-in sexual satisfaction mechanisms and/or a lifetime guarantee against wearing out, fading or shrinking.....;-D...
-
This is ironic, because today two of my friends and I were having a conversation about something like this... Guy friend [talking to girl friend]-You wore those same jeans last week! Girl friend-So?! Me-Huh??? You can wear the same pair of jeans twice in two weeks.... Girl friend-Yeah! What's...wrong with that? [My girl friend and I are completely confused and shocked, as we are accustomed to wearing the same article of clothing, ya know, more than once in our life time] Me-Oh, well, this is coming from the guy who pays $200 for a pair of jeans! [I thought I was over-exaggerating, but...] Guy friend-Oh hey, actually THESE jeans [that he's currengly wearing] cost $200! In conclusion, my answer is heck no! I've never paid more than $50 for jeans.
-
Nope. BUT if I ever did need a pair REALLY badly, then I probably would.
-
If I had the lifestyle and made the big buck..then sure..why the hell not? You only go around this world once
-
NEVER EVER EVER - NO
-
Not even if a super model took them off herself and gave them to me.
-
no i wouldn't but i would on a pair of jordans
-
I have never paid $200 for jeans, but I have bought many pairs worth $200. Give it a little employee discount and the clearance rack and I would pay in between 25-60 dollars.
-
What kind are they first?
-
No way!
-
Depends on the style, the brand etc. It can be worth it as a long term investment, if you intend to keep the jeans for a long time and get good use from them. I'd spend $400 on a classic pair that wouldn't really go out of fashion too quickly. However I'd be reluctant to spend this amount on a pair of jeans from Asda.
-
These are the jeans look for yourself http://www.abercrombie.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10051_10901_320889_-1_12236_12202
-
If they morph to fit my figure perfectly every time I gain or lose a few pounds, then, yes, they would be worth it! Otherwise, no.
-
Even if it were the best or most expensive jean brand, $400.00 is a whole lot of money. So no. I don't think it's worth it.
-
What? For two hundred dollars I would get twenty pairs of jeans at Sears or twenty five at WalMart. To answer your question, in my opinion NO.
-
No, why would I when I could get decent jeans for $2.00 at the thrift store.
-
Hell, no, that's a new saddle. And I can gaurantee the saddle will get more use and last longer.
-
sure - if they're made of gold or if my name is Mick Jagger
-
Not even slightly, I can get a used car for nearly the same bloody price. The thing about stores such as Abercrombie & Fitch or American Eagle is......they are both scams. They put more work into the bags for the mercendise than the product itsself. Not only that is that, these particular trousers come pre-ripped, PRE-RIPPED! Anyone that buys specifically from these scam artists is an idiot and should be put out of their misery. I can buy my own sweatshop full of chinese people to make me clothes for this price.
-
No way. The last pair I bought were about 10% of that price and I love them. Then again, I'm not an expert on fashion.
-
Life is short. If that's what you like, and you enjoy them, then, YES. It's worth it. I wear boots almost every day and have a few handmade pairs that "To some People", would be considered , not worth it, but, I enjoy them. They are soft as butter and were made just for my foot.
-
Not even if I could afford it..no way.
-
if they're made out of gold...ok? But I'd rather just keep buying mine at walmart or stealing them from friends who get fat (fatter, rather) and bother to pay way too much from jeans. I've gotten some pretty nice jeans that way, for some reason I've been the same size since about 5th grade.
-
NO! That's could be my car payment!
-
Are they made of gold?
-
Yeah but its whats in right now so A&F and AE can get high price for their goods because thats what people want right now. I wear Hollister and american eagle. But i dont care if its the best cotton in the universe i wouldnt pay 400 buck for a pair of jeans.
-
Genuine abrasion patterns? You mean they DRAG them somewhere BEFORE they sell them? I would rather buy jeans that look new, not worn by someone else before me (unless I buy them in a charity shop of course!). $400? Too much. I could buy a lot with that. My family could eat for 2-3 weeks on $400.
-
Are you kidding??? I pay less for my mortgage.
-
i get the feeling that you re only paying about fifty dollars for the jeans and the other one fifty is for the name,i ve seen the same thing with some bicycles,as long as the name plate and decals are on them they sell for hundreds of dollars, but once the name has been removed then they dramaticaly lose their value.
-
Never ever do I or would I buy or think 400.00 for a pair of Jeans are worth it - NO
-
Never, jeans are made to be sturdy and wear them during intensive labor, I think anything over fifty bucks for a pair of jeans is too expensive most of my jeans are from costco for about fifteen, don't worry about brand names, go for the ones that work on your body and for your wallet
-
If you think they are worth it, and you can afford it, then yes. Everyone prides themselves in fashion differently. To many it matters quite a bit. Eventually when the world is coming to an end fashion will be the last thing the majority will be thinking about. If anyone is thinking about staying trendy, then WTF???? I feel VERY bad for them.
-
I am pretty sure no matter how much money I had in the bank would I pay 400.00 For 1 pair of jeans. So No it wouldn't be worth 400.00. I Have to work way to hard for that much money.
-
Still no chance in HELL! I have a hard time justifying more than say 25-30 bucks at the most. I can usually find ones that are just as comfortable for under twenty bucks NEW. I really hate pompous "prestige" labels that at least double and triple the price of the clothes. Especially since they're probably made in the same sweat-shop, or worse!
-
Never, I could buy over 20 pairs for that amount.
-
.
-
LOL lots of us 'alone' people....Not so alone huh? I don't know my views on marriage are well...If my curretn b/f decides to ask, well I think he's the only one I would actually go through with it, anyone else, not so much...Like I said my ex is getting married today, I pray for his new wife.
-
If they look awesome on me, I'm willing to pay almost whatever!!
-
nope... I don't buy anything that costs me more than $20.
-
Not in a million years! Of course, I was the one who said I'd never pay over $200 a month for a new car, also.
-
no no no no no no no no. i won't pay more than $50. and honestly, if i can keep it under $20 that's much better.
-
I would never in a million years pay more than $200 for any piece of clothing. In my opinion, they all look the same
-
absolutely not.
-
Only if money didn't matter. At the moment, $200 can pay all my house bills for one month. Besides, I just went on a shopping spree and spent about $200 on an entire summer wardrobe (10+ tops, a couple bottoms, and a pair of shoes) so it would be hard for me to exchange that for just one pair of jeans.
-
I hate to be rude and please don't take this the wrong way, but are you nuts? I'm a bargain shopper from way back and I like sales that are "buy 1 get 2 free" so my universe does not include $200 jeans.
-
Anyone who blows that much money on a pair of cow punchers is a sucker. Well they are born every minute or so, that's sixty suckers an hour, at $200 bucks a pair! Hell im in the wrong business.
-
My wife will spend at least that on every pair she owns. Tru religions, rock & republic, 7's and on and on and on...
-
NOT in this lifetime!! Good grief!!!
-
I would never spend $200 on jeans, not unless I was rich. I'm happy about spending $15 on jeans or less. I just want to look nice and presentable and I'm happy.
-
Never have and never will. I've never spent more than 60 dollars on a pair of pants.
-
Nope.
-
No way !! I guess I'm just too cheap. $25 to $30 jeans work for me.
-
Hell No! Hey, you can get a nice pair of jeans from the Gap and they'll do just fine. Straight leg, boot cut & wide legs. At the most they will run you about $40. Use the remaining $$ for something else!
-
I guess if they were real cute and the situation was right, I might. By the way, do you have 200 bucks I could borrow?
-
no
-
if i had money to burn wore a smaller size and had them made to fit by a name designer
-
i hate jeans
-
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
-
N O..........NO!
-
No way! In fact, I saw last year's (maybe this year's?) $200 jeans at TJ Maxx last week for under $50. They didn't look that special. If I'm going to pay $50, they better be Levi's.
-
No,but that being said if I wanted a pair of jeans that normally cost 200 bucks,I would find a way to get them.
-
no, I don't even like spending $20 on jeans I'm so cheap. lol.
-
No because I don't wear jeans. I am a dresses and skirts girl.
-
i refuse to pay over $20
-
no never :)
-
If they would fit well and last forever, maybe!
-
No, I'd have trouble justifying that in my mind. I bet they'd be really nice jeans though. That's just too much for one pair of jeans.
-
No way!
-
No well heck.
-
yeah especially if it was a designer brand
-
no but I have 4 season tickets for baseball at $150 a seat... plus parking.
-
Five years ago, no. Today, yes. If you've never had a pair, you don't understand.
-
I would pay $200 to see Kim Kardashian take her jeans off in front of me....Money well spent.
-
Sure, if they were a magical pair that was actually 20 pairs.
-
I wouldn't spend 200 bucks on diamond incrusted jeans.that's just outrageous.
-
Nope. Even if I was a billionaire.
-
i wouldnt spend over 30 for jeans past that i think is just ridiculous
-
if they were guaranteed to make me a size 4 every day of the rest of my life, drop dead gorgeous even when i wasn't wearing them, and they were owned by some amazing woman that i looked up to...just maybe...
-
I spent the equivelent of over $260 of a pair of levis 501XX Shrink To Fit 1955 jeans (as worn by Marlon Brando in the Wild One and more recently Shia laBeouf in Indiana Jones). They were brand new and part of the Levis Vintage Collection Range. Also the same amount on a pair of Levis 1947 501 Shrink To Fit jeans as worn by the cowboys in the tv westerns of the early 1950s. And well worth it - they are simply the best!
-
no because they wont last forever
-
Maybe $50, but never ever $200!
-
No. never.....i think that it's the not how much they cost but how you look in them, i mean if you weight 250lbs will they make you look better??
-
Never have, never will. The most I've ever spent was $28
-
Not now... a few years ago i would have..absolutely! different priorities now..son to take care of..clothes dont matter as much to me anymore, although i still care to look good!
-
i wouldnt spend more than 30 bucks on a pair of jeans 200 is just crazy and totally self indulgant and i bit ridiculous
-
NO WAY
-
if they came with jLO's ass I would.
-
do they have little rockets on the bottom that make me fly?
-
Nope. No denim is worth $200
-
50$ maximum (even then....30$ does the job)....I don't see the reason why I'd put more money than that on pants....I won't feel any better because I'll be worried about dirtying them or tearing them or what not....invest elsewhere!
-
I think anything over $60 is ridiculous. You pay for the same amount of material despite the brand. I have no desire to wear a particular brand, if it fits good and looks decent I wear it.
-
I wouldn't even spend over 200 bucks on an entire outfit
