• it could make you diabetic, which could very easily make you overweight if slightly overlooked. It also makes you age quicker.

  • Not if you are one of the few that get enough exercise to use it, pretty rare though. I remember eating steak or bacon sandwiches & milkshakes 5 days a week working construction and being fit as a fiddle. Stick me in an office, FORGET IT.+++
